Exchange & Return
- We will gladly accept any non-damaged, not significantly used perfume bottle with the original box within 15 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please inform us about your return on Whatsapp at +92 320 0320444
- The customer needs to return the perfume via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Individual bottles/perfumes from Packs cannot be returned. You need to return the complete pack to avail the refund.
- Sample Set is non-refundable.
- All perfumes to be returned with boxes, pouches, any other packaging material
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
- All returns should be sent to Scentaora, Office no 503 Sarwar plaza, Main boulevard Sabzazar, Lahore.
